General Terms and conditions :
- Once order placed, unless agreed in writing by Bags Australia, orders cannot be cancelled.
- We reserve the right to under or overdeliver by 5% and charge accordingly. Request for exact quantities may incur a surcharge.
- Colours shown in catalogue and on our website is only indicative. Always ask for a sample.
- Small variations may occur in the fabric and printing.
- We strive to provide accurate pricing, however we reserve the right to change the prices without notice.
- A 50% deposit must be paid on order. The remaining balance is due on delivery unless other wise stated on invoice.
- Credit card payments attract 1% fee to offset Merchant Service Fees.
- Non-payment will be pursued with legal fees, debt collection fees ,interest and other recovery costs.
Returns Policy :
Goods will only be accepted for return providing the following conditions are met:
- An authorisation number and a copy of the invoice MUST accompany any goods being returned. This number can only be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department.
- Only goods listed under the returns number will be accepted.
- Our carrier will not accept goods for return without prior authorisation.
- Cartons should be clearly addressed to Bags Australia with the authorisation number clearly visible on the outside of all cartons. No other address labels should be visible.
- Items returned MUST be in saleable condition and returned WITHIN 14 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE.
- Please ensure that all stock received bagged is returned bagged, otherwise a 10% surcharge will apply.
